1General Principle
As this service involves digital subscriptions, once activated they cannot be refunded without reason per applicable digital goods regulations.
However, we commit: any loss caused by our service quality issues will receive reasonable compensation or a refund.
2Refund Eligibility
✅ Eligible for Refund
- Payment succeeded but the subscription failed to activate and we cannot fix it within 48 hours
- You have not yet logged in or used the subscription, and you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase
- Our server failure prevents Fast Analyze from working for 7+ consecutive days during your subscription
- Duplicate purchase (two identical plan payments within 24 hours on the same account)
⚠️ Case-by-Case (partial refund or extension)
- Third-party platform changes (TikTok / Instagram / YouTube) cause Fast Analyze to stop working for more than 7 but fewer than 30 days — you may request a pro-rated extension of your subscription equal to the outage duration
- You have not yet used Fast Analyze and request a refund for personal reasons within 7 days of purchase — eligible for refund minus a 10% handling fee
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- You have logged in and used the subscription (Fast Analyze has been used at least once)
- More than 24 hours since purchase (non-outage situations)
- User error (e.g. sharing account access with others)
- Third-party causes: TikTok account bans, Chrome browser compatibility issues, etc.
- Any refund request after violating the Terms of Service
3Refund Process
1Submit a refund request by emailSend to
support@creatorfinder-sub.com with subject "Refund Request". Include: purchase email, order number (or payment reference), purchase date, and reason.
2Wait for reviewWe will respond within 3 business days. If additional evidence (e.g. screenshots) is needed, we will request it by email.
3Refund processingApproved refunds are returned via the original payment method (Alipay → Alipay account, WeChat → WeChat wallet). Processing time: Alipay 1–3 business days, WeChat Pay 1–5 business days.
4Subscription deactivatedOnce the refund is completed, the associated subscription is immediately deactivated and the extension reverts to free mode.
4Service Outage Compensation
If Fast Analyze becomes unavailable due to our fault (server outage, API failure, etc.), compensation is as follows:
- Outage 1–6 days: subscription extended by the outage duration
- Outage 7–29 days: extension or pro-rated refund for remaining days (your choice)
- Outage ≥ 30 days: full refund
Note: disruptions caused by third-party platform changes (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or bio-link platforms) are not considered "our fault," but we will make best efforts to restore functionality within 30 days, after which the above compensation applies.
